An in depth bio / Christopher Conrad

With a background in graphic design and studio art, his training and expertise include's 2D animation, conceptual development, information architecture, and project management. In his strive for excelence has produced award winning web sites and specialized content for clients such as Compaq Computers, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, DMB&B, Ralston Purina and Warner Brothers. With an influential background in fine art and digital video, has successfully developed motion graphics for national television broadcasts, animation for the web and streaming media for proprietary online services such as as AOL for over eleven years.

While employed as a Conceptualist by Shandwick Interactive, responsibilities included developing cellular, digital and two-way paging infrastructure for global team communications, managing creative talent while experimenting and staying current with new technologies on the internet. Prior to Shandwick, developed extensive knowledge in multimedia while employed as an Interactive Designer at The Vision Factory. While in this position designed interactive presentations for 1.4MB diskettes, CD ROM, Laser disk and computer hard disk for stand alone kiosk units. It was here, at the TVF, that it really took off for me...the first Digital Video company in St. Louis, pioneering the way for an industry.

Currently operating as an independent contractor providing strategic consultation, package design, branding &identity as well as animation for the web with tools such as Flash and Director. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, disc golf and pursuing his fine art in digital forms.

A Pennsylvania native, I graduated with a BA in Design / Studio Art from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.
